LEADERSHIP

Brian is the Co-Founder and Operations Director for Christian Mix 106, a position held since August 2020. Prior to pursuing a full-time ministry direction and eventual career change, he spent 28 years in the financial services sector, working for several different banks during that time. 

Brian has spent the last ten years working or assisting with different churches and non-profit organizations within the Delaware Valley area to bring the Word to as many as possible. In 2018, he enrolled with Christian Leaders College and has earned a bachelor’s degree in ministry. 

In 2019, prior to beginning the Christian Mix 106 ministry, he served as assistant director with WIAM radio, located in southern New Jersey.

In August 2020, Brian, along with his assistant director, Jennifer Cotney, launched Christian Mix 106 and made it a less conventional style of ministry, but never wavering from the goal to Entertain through music, to Enlighten through the Word and using those tools, Bringing People to Jesus. The station’s aim is to reach as many different people as possible and Christian Mix 106 has been blessed so far to have active listening in 72 different countries from across the globe. 

Brian has been married for 34 years to his wife Kathy and are the parents of 3 grown sons and are blessed as well with a wonderful daughter-in-law. 

 Jennifer Cotney is the Co-Founder and Assistant Director of Christian Mix 106, the host of The Weekend Free For All, and the President of The Board of Directors for Christian Mix Media International. 

In the spring of 2014, God used a song to forever change Jennifer’s eternity. Within a year of her submission to Jesus Christ, God used Christian music to reach and claim each member of her family. Because of this deeply personal experience in her own faith walk,

Jennifer’s passion for Christian music as a ministry is more than her job, it’s her personal testimony.

In 2019, at the request of WIAM Radio program director, Brian Tucker, Jennifer

created the Inspirational Minutes radio series. By the end of that year, the series was syndicated on multiple radio stations. During the pandemic, Jennifer and Brian felt God pulling them to begin a new streaming ministry comprised of a mix of music genres, light talk, and a whole lot of Jesus.

Christian Mix 106 launched on August 10th, 2020, with The Commission from Mark 16:15 as our mission. As Brian built the music library, Jennifer expanded the Inspirational Minutes series by inviting multiple Christian content creators to join the platform, evolving The Mix’s signature format to what it is today: Music, Ministry, Message.

In celebration of their fifth anniversary on August 10, 2025, Jennifer and Brian expanded Christian Mix 106 into Christian Mix Media International, a ministry network connecting artists

of all talents who are passionate about serving and glorifying Jesus with their gifts. They also launched Christ Powered Talk Radio with a new, talk-centered format and all new programming.

In addition to her work with The Mix, Jennifer has won numerous awards for poetry and fiction. She has multiple writing projects in production, including a book inspired by her adventures in music. Jennifer is a member of The Southern Christian Writers Guild,

Christian Women In Media, The American Academy of Poets, and American Christian Fiction Writers of America. A graduate of Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia, she lives in New Orleans with her husband of twenty-five years and their “adult sized” special needs children.

Kathy Tucker is the Development Director for Christian Mix 106 and Christian Mix Media International. Kathy is a seasoned banking professional with over 30 years of experience in financial services, specializing in institutional banking relationships, treasury operations, and payments management. Throughout a distinguished career, she has cultivated partnerships with major U.S. banks and financial institutions, particularly in alternative investments and fund administration, while leading fund launches, platform integrations, and cross-border banking operations.

Beyond the financial world, Kathy is deeply committed to nonprofit leadership and community service. As the Development Director of Christian Mix Media International, she leads grant writing, capital campaigns, and fundraising initiatives, ensuring sustainable support for vital causes. She partners with local and global organizations to address clothing insecurity, food access, housing challenges, and life skills development, while advocating for individuals with disabilities.

She has also led diverse teams, including employees who are neurodivergent or on the autism spectrum, fostering an inclusive and empowering workplace culture. Her leadership approach emphasizes collaboration, growth-oriented guidance, and strategic alignment, creating environments where all individuals can thrive.

At the heart of Kathy's work is a deep commitment to faith, family, and service. As a devoted wife and mother, Kathy understands firsthand the importance of strong, supportive relationships and the role they play in personal and community growth. She works alongside churches, libraries, schools, nonprofits, and businesses, bridging gaps in resources while spreading faith, hope, and empowerment.

Kathy is actively involved in several professional organizations, including Christian Women Connect, Christian Women in Media Association, Lean In, MS Advocacy, and the Autism Society of America and was recently accepted into the Marquis Who’s Who 2025 reflecting her dedication to faith-driven leadership and social impact. Whether in banking, nonprofit advocacy, or community development, she is passionate about driving meaningful change, fostering equity, and inspiring transformation—one life at a time.

Pastor Amaris Ross-Hillard is The Mix Family's "Grace Ambassador" and Secretary of the Board of Directors. She has placed a Pastoral covering over this ministry and its leadership since our inception in 2020.

Pastor Amaris is Executive Pastor & Leading Lady of Friendship Christian Church (FCC) in Gastonia, NC. With over 22 years of ministry experience, she passionately leads with a blend of authenticity, wisdom, and a deep love for God's Word. As the founder of So GraceFULL Ministries, Pastor Amaris also reaches people globally through her SONrise with Pastor Am radio show, affiliated with Christian Mix Media International, and the Grace on a Wednesday ministry. 

Her husband, Overseer Justin Ross-Hillard, also a Christian Mix Media International radio host, is her Pastor and partner in life and ministry. Together, they bring hope and encouragement through their dynamic broadcasts.

Pastor Amaris is married to her best friend, Overseer Justin Ross-Hillard, Senior Pastor of FCC, and they have three beautiful children. Originally from New Orleans, Pastor Amaris has deep roots in her native city but embraces a global mindset, living out the calling of Matthew 28:19: "Go ye therefore into all the world."

An author of several devotionals, including Grace Everyday and Don't Worry, interactive devotionals designed to spur reflection, grace, and next steps for joyful faith-living. She is known for her dynamic preaching, with messages rooted in scripture, history, and storytelling, making God's truth accessible and impactful for all. Through her leadership & work as an influencers through various media outlets, she inspires others to live out their faith with joy, balance, and purpose.  "GraceFULL Living" is her call to those in need of transformation with intentional bursts of hope in a chaos-filled world.

  Dr. Ish Beloso is the Community Outreach Coordinator for Christian Mix Media International. A hospice physician, Ish is a faith-centered entrepreneur, and creative visionary who leads at the intersection of medicine, music, and emerging technology. 

Ish is the founder of The JACY Project, a decentralized ecosystem dedicated to brand elevation, blockchain integration, and long-term community impact, as well as the founder of Revolution Cry Music, a platform for transformational music rooted in gospel truth and global outreach.

As a professional songwriter, Ish specializes in gospel music that uplifts, heals, and inspires. He currently serves as a co-writer for renowned artist Kaya Jones, crafting songs that bridge personal testimony, theological depth, and cultural relevance. His lyrical work is part of a broader mission to awaken hearts and amplify voices grounded in truth, freedom, and unconditional love.

In the clinical space, Ish is a dedicated hospice physician committed to preserving dignity at life’s most vulnerable moments. His medical calling is fueled by compassion, presence, and a deep understanding of the spiritual needs of patients and families.

A devoted husband and father of three, Ish’s personal journey raising two neurodivergent children continues to shape his worldview—one that values authenticity, service, and the courage to lead from love rather than ambition.

Whether at the bedside, behind a microphone, or leading visionary initiatives across digital landscapes, Ish Beloso is a bridge-builder—fusing faith, creativity, and innovation to illuminate paths of healing and hope in a world longing for both.

Destiny Yarbrough is the Media Liaison for Christian Mix Media International. Destiny is on a mission to reach the world for Christ.  She carries an apostolic mantle and brings a fresh approach to speaking, magazine publishing, producing, and conference hosting by meeting people right where they are. 

An ordained minister, Destiny has a passion for Deliverance, preaching hope to all generations, and especially for helping people take their faith walk to the next level. Her call to ministry stems from her love for serving people, allowing her to use her talent in multi-media arts to connect with industry professionals. 

Destiny is the founder of Salt & Light Christian Lifestyle magazine.  The magazine's purpose is to touch, move, and inspire through the word of God.  She also shares her message through her book, Visions, Dreams, And Destiny: God has called you to be a visionary, bring your dreams to life and walk in your Destiny.  Destiny’s new book titled, "Media for Kingdom Purpose", is expected to launch in early 2026.

Destiny is best known for the Award-Winning television show, The Vision. She serves as Executive Producer and host alongside Dr Alveda King. The inspiration for The Vision is based on Habakkuk 2:2 "Write the vision and make it plain". 

Destiny also serves as the Associate Producer on the film series, "The Last Evangelist" and has a role in the film series.  Destiny has served in multiple media roles including Author, TV host, Conference host, Emcee, Producer, Publisher, and Podcaster. 

Destiny was honored with an honorary doctorate for her work in the community.  

Destiny was commissioned as a leader for "She Leads Georgia" under the umbrella of She Leads America.  Destiny served as the Atlanta Connect Leader for Christian Women In Media for eight years.  Destiny won Best TV Host for The Prayze Factor Awards and was nominated for Best TV show host from the International Christian Film Festival.
